Meet your Coach & Instructor  

My journey into wellness began in Ophthalmology, where working alongside Physicians and closely with the physical body sparked a deeper curiosity about how health, stress, and lifestyle choices shape our overall well-being. That early experience led me to pursue a degree in Genetics, Cell, and Developmental Biology, deepening my understanding of how the body functions at its most fundamental level.

Along the way, I realized that true health extends far beyond biology alone. Through fitness, yoga, and intentional self-regulation practices, I learned how to manage stress and anxiety, cultivate mental clarity, and support my nervous system in sustainable ways. These practices became the foundation of my own healing and growth.

This path ultimately led me to become a certified wellness coach and yoga instructor,  where I now integrate science, movement, and mindset to support others in building resilient, balanced lives. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology, continuing to deepen my understanding of human flourishing, emotional regulation, and long-term well-being.

My work is rooted in the belief that lasting wellness is created through awareness, compassion, and consistent, embodied practice.

Harvesting Harmony is a curated wellness collective.  We bring together complementary disciplines to offer cohesive, philosophy-driven care. Each offering stands on its own, yet works synergistically to support long-term well-being. Our collective model allows clients to experience multiple modalities within a unified framework—without fragmentation, overwhelm, or excessive one-on-one dependency.

Our intention is simple yet profound: To create a space where wellness is cultivated with care, practiced with integrity, and lived with harmony.
